A zip file is a collection of documents, programs or other files that have been reduced in size and bundled together in a single compressed archive file.

The reason I put multiple files into a single compressed file is to ease distribution, help you save time getting the files from the Internet, and to help you save space on your computer.

Since the majority of my items are offer in so many different formats, a zip file is the best solution to give you all the option while also keeping it a small enough file size to Etsy's MB requirements.

If you’ve downloaded your files but still can’t open them please make sure that you have unzipped or extracted the files from the zip folder that the files come in. The files will NOT WORK until they are extracted from the ZIP file. If you’re not sure how to do that, you will need a program such as WinZip for PC users or Stuffit Expander for Mac users. If you are on a mobile device, then you will need a third party app to open the documents such as WinZip or izip.

Both visual and written instructions are included with every purchase in your Corjl order.

The short version: You actually aren’t supposed to delete the mock-up pictures like most softwares. You are technically supposed to replace them. So double-click on the image. A pop-up will appear. Click on the teal button that says “replace photo”. Once you click on it, it will pop up a folder where you uploaded all the pictures. Click on the picture you want and it will replace the image for you. From there you can scale and move the picture.

Unfortunately, Apple doesn't give out an email when you purchase something so Corjl cannot automatically send an email after your purchase is verified. If this is your situation, so sorry for the hassle! Please log on to www.corjl.com and either use your Etsy email or your order number to sign in. Your order will pop right up. Or you can message me through Etsy convo saying you paid with Apple and I will send the Corjl link directly to you via Etsy convo. :)

It sounds like you moved the photo. What type of device are you editing on? If you haven't saved your progress, log out and log back in so the photo is back in the frame. If you have saved it with the black square, that's ok. You would just have to click around the photo til you see the gray circles pop up. This is much easier to do if you are on a laptop or desktop because you can just click on the sonogram layer and see if the gray circles pop up that way. If you can't figure it out, please reach out and I will find it for you as soon as I am able :)

All texts on letterboards are completely editable. You can change with it says on these items without an upcharge.

There are dozens of fonts and thousands of colors to choose between but can only be changed on a laptop or desktop.

Some onesie graphics are editable and some aren't. If you purchase one that is locked, reach out and we can unlock it for you.

I can swap out onesie graphics from a different announcement or put in your baby's surname or name free of charge. New graphics are a $5 dollar upcharge. Please convo us for more details.

All my photos are real photographs. I CANNOT swap, move, or remove items in the picture, unfortunately.

YES! I'm so glad you asked. Editing on a laptop or desktop and not on your phone. It is so much easier and you then have access to all of Corjl's features like font and text color changes. If you don't have a laptop or desktop, I suggest upgrading to have MinnyPrints edit for you. Here is the the link for the upgrade.
