Your files can be located by going to your Etsy account from the Etsy menu. Next, go to "purchases and reviews" and select "download files" next to the order. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will attach a link to the order confirmation receipt sent to your email and you can download your files from there.

Yes! Unfortunately, Etsy doesn't currently allow downloads from their app, but you can still access your files using your phone by logging into your Etsy account on a web browser such as Google or Safari and following the same instructions as if you were on a computer.

Canva templates are only editable through Canva.com or the Canva mobile app and are not compatible with another software such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, etc.

Yes! Check out the "add-ons" section in my shop and purchase the template editing service along with each template you need. You'll receive a completed, ready-to-print file.

Prints can come out blurry for a number of reasons; your printer head is dirty, you're almost out of ink, you're printing a low-resolution file type, or you choose a low-quality print setting on your printer. The best quality prints can be achieved by downloading your template as a PDF Print for both at home-printing and printing through a print store. If you're printing at home, check your printer heads and ink levels, and choose a high-quality print setting. PNG & JPEG file types are ideal for sharing digitally.

The customer is responsible for typing their own text & entering the correct information into the template. This includes but is not limited to spelling, grammar, and event details. We are not responsible for any errors or printing costs pertaining to such errors.

Please ensure all file requirements and/or printer requirements have been met to avoid any potential errors while printing. We are not responsible for the quality of your print.
