This Pattern has SO many options in it! You can mix and match the Front's, Back's, and Brim's to make 12 different hats. Plus, you can add 5 different Animal add on's to create the ultimate personalized cap! The Cap is fully lined, and depending on what embellishments you select it can be worn as a fully reversible cap for a 2 in 1 bonus.
The Brim is made from firm interfacing, and can be sewn on a regular sewing machine.
This pattern works best with Medium to Heavyweight woven fabrics for the exterior and brim, and medium weight woven for the lining. Some exterior fabric ideas would be Canvas, Duck Cotton, Cotton Drill, Corduroy, Denim, Twill, and Wool blends. However, you can use lighter woven fabrics and stable knits depending on how structured or soft you want your hat to be. The pattern is made with a velcro adjustable strap, but you can swap this out with any pre-fabricated strap of your choice (snap back, buckle strap etc..).
