Of course! Depending on what designs and what edits you want will affect the price. Simple edits (like colour changes, adding/removing simple stuff etc) start as low as £2 on top of the badge price. DM me for more info and I will happily get you an accurate quote.

Due to the nature of digital goods, I do not offer refunds unless you accidentally order more than one of the same item. However if you are having technical difficulties please DM me and I will happily do my best to help you resolve any issues you may be having :)

I'm not sure why Etsy does this sometimes but they should have sent you an automatic email notifying you of this. It can take up to 72hrs for a processing payment to go through. Once that happens you'll be emailed and able to download the item :)
