- Digital Downloads are emailed to your direct email address once the proof has been approved by you.

- Items within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Second Class and take 2/5 business days for delivery from dispatch. We also offer a First Class Shipping upgrade at the checkout which takes 1/2 working days.

Please note due to the current global pandemic standard shipping may, on a very rare occasion take up to 14 days (within the UK)

- We also offer a Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day Delivery. Please note your order will be delivered the next working day once the digital proof has been approved. If a design is approved after 12:00pm, it will not ship until the following day.

- Please be aware that around the Christmas period, delivery times can slow down a little which is unfortunately out of our hands. Again if you require your order urgently, we recommended upgrading to 24 hr Tracked or Next Day Delivery. Please also do let us know so we can work with you to meet any deadline.

We use a secure cardboard sleeve designed to hold your framed print securely in transit. Items are wrapped in bubble wrap before being inserted into the card sleeve and secured ready for dispatch.

If your parcel has to go through international customs then this may slow things down a little. Unfortunately customs delays are uncontrollable. Some countries may also charge a handling fee before your item can be delivered.

Please note, in order to keep in line with Etsy's policies and guidelines, we are required to ship your item within a timely manner. This means that if we do not hear from you within 24 hours of the proof being sent, we will ship your item as per the proof provided to this message. If you require changes, please contact us within 24 hours of the proof being sent so that these can be rectified ASAP. Failure to do so will result in us not being liable for any changes to your design once it has shipped and has been completed. If changes are required once the item has shipped, any reprints will be chargeable of £5 including delivery or £10 if shipping outside of the UK.
