Standard Use License
This license comes with the design you are purchasing. Aryn Haus seamless designs are intended for use by owners of small shops creating tangible, finished products by themselves or with a small team of employees of two people or less. You may create up to 100 end products per commercial license.

Commercial Use License

Aryn Haus seamless designs can also be used by small shop owners creating tangible, finished products and have a team of 3-10 people. You may create up to 1000 end products per commercial license, per design. You must buy an extended license for EACH design. One design, requires one extended license. Two designs, requires two extended licenses. Etc.

Other Licensing Options
If your business does not fall into the standard or commercial license option requirements, there are other licensing options available. Please message me to discuss licensing options.

Misuse of license includes, but is not limited to:

* Altering the design in any way, including adding elements, deleting elements, changing colors etc.
* Sharing or selling the design file
* Selling or printing with print on demand or print fulfillment sites
* Selling other digital items with the Aryn Haus design included. Aryn Haus designs are to create tangible end products only. Digital product creation and use is not allowed.
* Aryn Haus designs may not be purchased and printed by fabric shops, craft supply stores, wholesalers, etc.
* My designs off the shelf are not for brands that third party manufacture, mass produce their products, and/or have more than 10 employees. Please contact me for licensing terms.

Copyright Statement
Copyright and all derivative work belongs to Aryn Haus. You may NOT claim the artwork as your own. All Aryn Haus patterns have been tested for quality. Please ALWAYS test the pattern yourself before using. Under NO condition will Aryn Haus be held responsible for damages.

All purchases are subject to the terms of service. Permission to buy licenses is at the discretion of the artist. Misuse of Aryn Haus LLC artwork as required by the license you purchase could lead to litigation for copyright infringement.
