Pattern is very plainly written but there is no differentiation in the parts of the pattern/item you’re working. I reached out to the author for clarification so I could know which piece was the beginning and never got a response. Still haven’t made the pattern. 🤷‍♀️

It’s a great pattern, I just didn’t really understand the yarn weight requirement. It’s a good thing that I have a son with size 14 feet! I was aiming at much smaller slippers but ended up with a giant pair which are going to him for Xmas. Now I’ve got the right weight and it’s going much better!
