Silver and copper items will antique over time and can be polished to bring back the bright color. You can polish any item with polishing cloths to remove tarnish or "antiquing". If your item is made of copper or has copper components, remove the item before swimming, bathing, or hand washing. Dry hands/skin thoroughly before wearing copper to prevent possible skin discoloration. Remember to dry your copper items thoroughly to prevent discoloration or greening. If copper gets a green buildup from moisture, you can clean it off with dish soap and water while lightly scrubbing it with a toothbrush. Remember to dry completely after this process.

Can you personalize an item as a gift with/without a personalized note?

Yes! In note to seller, please write out EXACTLY what you would like written out.

Can you gift wrap an item?

Yes! Just ask in a note to seller. Does it cost extra? No. 🙂

Due to many natural stones that I use, some may have inclusions in them and may not be 100% perfect with 100% clarity. Please look over the photos carefully. I do my best to show the product to the best of my ability.

Do you make custom pieces?

I will create custom pieces at my discretion. Customs start at $200 minimum. First consult is to discuss stone options, design options, and materials used. I will send pictures of progress in a timely manner. The general agreed upon design will not change once confirmed by the client and artist. Minor changes may happen to design and pictures will be sent to keep the client updated on the progress of the piece. I WILL NOT RECREATE OTHERS WORKS.

Will you give me a discount just because I asked?

While I understand it doesn't hurt to ask for discounts, it does hurt the artist who works hard to create pieces. I take careful calculations in materials, time, seller fees, shipping, and many other aspects of what the end product will cost in order to continue to create. With that being said, I still may or may not offer percentage off/discounts at my discretion from time to time to make room for newer inventory and I will announce when I have done so in the shop announcement. There is a date stamp when it has last been updated. However, please refrain from asking me to lower a price on a piece. Thank you.

How do I download the tutorial I purchased?

After you purchase the tutorial you will receive an instant automatic download link from Etsy where you can download all the files (I have no influence in that process). The link will be sent to the email you have connected to Etsy. Please check your spam folders as well. Sometimes the links will only download to a PC, so please be aware.
