Medication tracker spreadsheet that keeps one person's medications organised in one file: the medication list, a monthly dose log with a tick for every scheduled dose time, a refill tracker that counts the days of supply left, and a log for appointments and notes. Use it for yourself, or as a family caregiver keeping track for a parent or a child.

WHAT IT DOES
- Medications tab: up to 20 medications with name, strength, dose each time, pills per dose (0.5 for half a tablet), times a day (up to 4, with your own time labels such as 8:00 am), prescriber, pharmacy, start date, optional stop date, purpose in your own words and notes. Times a day 0 keeps a when-needed item on the list but off the dose log
- Dose Log tab: pick the month and year and every scheduled dose time gets its own row on a month grid. Pick ✓ from the drop-down or just type x when a dose is taken. Days outside a medication's start and stop dates are greyed out, and scheduled days with no tick show in red
- Taken % for every dose row, for each medication, for each day and for the month, counting only days up to today
- Refills tab: pills on hand and the date you counted them, pills a day (from the Medications tab), days left and the next refill date (the day the counted pills run out). Rows with 7 days or fewer left are flagged Refill due (you can change the 7)
- Appointments tab: appointments, pharmacy visits, calls, tests and notes or questions to ask, with the next appointment shown at the top
- Dashboard: month shown, doses due, taken, not ticked, taken %, days with every dose ticked, the lowest day, refills due, the next refill date, the next appointment, a table by medication and two charts (taken % by medication and by day)
- The tabs are protected without a password, so formulas don't get typed over by accident (you can unprotect them any time)

COMPATIBILITY
- Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer (Windows or Mac) and Excel for the web
- Google Sheets: upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it, then File > Save as Google Sheets
- Needs a computer or tablet with a spreadsheet app. This is not an app and it sends no reminders: you type in your own list and tick the doses

- Numbers based on today's date change every day
