Are your images food safe/dishwasher safe/microwave safe?

Yes they are! Our lead-free images are food safe and virtually indestructible, you can even use them on outside tile murals or swimming pool tiles. The only thing that can be more delicate is the dish you choose - gold and silver, especially on vintage plates, can wear in the dishwasher and is not recommended for the microwave.

Which dishes can I customize?

All of them! Even if you see a plate or teacup shown with a different listing image, most of our items can be customized with any image you would like, yours or ours.

How do I order a custom design or add a message to the seller?

If you have any special requirements you can either add them in the "Notes" section when checking out or you can send us a quick message through the "Contact" button here on Etsy. You can send us your image in a message here before or after you order and we will provide you with a mockup to make sure everything looks the way you want it to. LIMIT IS 5 MOCK-UPS UNLESS OTHERWISE DISCUSSED. Images should be high resolution, preferably 300dpi. If you do not know how to format your image just let us know, we are here to help.

Why don't you ship internationally?

We do! A lot of items may not have this option listed since shipping cost varies depending on plate size etc., but just send us a quick message with the details of the item(s) you would like to purchase and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. PLEASE NOTE: VAT is NOT included, buyers are responsible for any duties, fees, and taxes due to their country. We are not able to mark any purchases as gifts.

What if I need my order sooner than listed in your processing time?

Not a problem! We are always available for rush orders, just be sure to contact us first so we can make sure that your item is in stock and ready for shipping or customization. Orders can go out as soon as the next day if we have the blanks in stock.

Policy about custom orders listed for sale after your puchase

• If you commission a piece with your artwork (personal photo, painting, etc.) on it we will NOT resell it in the shop, ever. Your images will only be used for your piece, no one else's. • We MAY list custom orders that were made with images from the public domain or from images we designed for you (not from your artwork). • If you would like us to NOT use a public domain image or one we created for you please check with us first - usually this is fine, however, sometimes we may have been planning to list the exact item you commissioned and just did not get around to it yet. GREEN CUP TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK

This gorgeous teacup and saucer set will be infused with the image of an adorable cat on both sides by kiln-firing both porcelain and image to ensure the image never wears off or fades, not even after prolonged use (please see "About our image technology" below). The finish is a beautiful high gloss.
The border is a scrolled gold with blue, pink, or green accents. All items are food- and dishwasher safe. Not recommended for the microwave due to the gold content.

ABOUT OUR IMAGES:
The technology we use is the same that is employed when creating outside tile murals or even tiles that go on the bottom of swimming pools. This means that in contrast to heat sublimation, your image will never wear off, scratch, or fade. The finish is a beautiful high gloss.
All ink used is completely foodsafe, it does not contain lead or other harmful chemicals.

This was a last minute gift for my daughter to have at her upcoming tea party. The seller was SO QUICK to respond to my messages and to ship. I received the order from across the country in.. two days if that?? The cup and saucer are beautiful and exactly as pictured. My daughter might have to pry these out of my cold, dead hands.. I'm obsessed. The seller even included a teaspoon with a crown on top which will go perfectly with our tea party theme. Honestly blown away by the customer service and can't say enough great things about this shop.
