Listen to Your Heart is a hand-drawn image that I made to remind myself to listen to my heart. Focusing on the heart while coloring, is a way to calm the mind, center in your heart, reduce anxiety AND practice listening to the quiet voice of your Heart.

I recommend that you print page one on 8.5 x 11 card stock, 110 lb. Page two has tips and reminders for listening to your heart and can be printed on regular paper.

I have discovered that when I draw, paint or color, my mind is quiet and focused and I am more able to listen to that quiet voice of my Heart.

I am sharing it here in hopes that it will be helpful to you as you follow the path of your Heart.

After you have been blessed by the time spent coloring and listening, you can place it somewhere as a reminder to listen to your heart.
