3 out of 5 starsThe dress is lovely and reasonable quality; however, I had to pay $80 for alterations due to bodice sizing not according to USA sizing. I also had to pay $24.00 for DHL shipping which was not shared by the Vendor. As a result, the dress did not arrive in time for the special event that I purchased it for. I don't recommend this vendor based on my experience.

1 out of 5 starsHorrible assembly even worse customer service. The dress top was ill-fitting because the smocking was not horrible. I ordered a 12 because I wear a 12 but it fir like it was made for a 20. when I reached out to the seller for an exchange or refund he was defensive from onset…refused citing that no one else ever complained or returned… then he says over and over it wasn’t his fault the dress didn’t fit. Then talked about how much Etsy took from the sale Nd he had spent all the money on the fabric and shipping so he didn’t know where the money would come from for a return.

Ma'am you did not tell them that your actual bust size is 36DD but you chose size 12 that has 41 inches as bust size, and I sewed with it, and that was why it did not fit around the bust area. Well, I want you and everyone who visits my shop happy and satisfied and I have been doing it. But I will not refund an order I have spent so much to process and ship when the cause of it not fitting was from the customer.

5 out of 5 starsThe item I ordered was a two-piece. It turned out beautiful. The material was high-quality. what stood out to me most was the customer service that I received. My top and bottom are two different sizes and they were able, once I gave them my measurements, to make my clothes to fit. I’ve always looked for a place that served me. This place did just that. I’m looking forward to my next order. And yes, I’m real.
