No returns/refunds because files are INSTANT downloads
The digital nature of my products does not allow for returns as the buyer is able to, and in many cases, do, download the files instantly to start using them. Your Etsy invoice shows when the download link has been used.
Professional Mass Print Production
Large scale professional mass print production of my planners is prohibited as all designs are copyrighted to Delta Prefix. All my products are designed for use within private home, school or office work and not for tertiary commercial production.
If you are a press, and wish to bulk produce any of these items, please contact me directly and I will issue you with a commercial licence. It is best practice for your business to ensure legality of your products rather than causing undue stress once you are found out.

If there are dark spots, shadows, symbols or weird lines on your print-outs, that is just a bad file download. This happens occasionally with the instant downloads through Etsy. Please delete this file and download again. If the page still looks wrong on screen don't print again but please contact me and I will email your files.
