I ship worldwide. All items are shipped via registered priority mail.
Item is shipped within 3 days after payment has been received.
International deliveries take up to 2-3 weeks, thus please allow some time to arrive. European delivery times are up to 7 business days. All items shipped will be provided with a trace number.
Items will be sent to your ETSY order address unless otherwise specified. Please inform me if your shipping address should be different form your billing address.
Receiving country duties and taxes are for responsibility and account of the buyer.

ABOUT DIGITAL PURCHASE. If you purchase an item that is "instant download", you will receive an email with a link to download once payment is confirmed. You will also be able to find your downloads at any time at your Etsy Purchases page.
We use RAR or ZIP files to compress our images and clipart so make sure you have a program that can open .RAR or .ZIP the files. If you are on a Mac, all you have to do is double click on the RAR or ZIP file to release the contents. On Windows, most come with the software needed but if you find yourself not having a program, there are plenty of free ones out there. A simple search on Google for "free RAR software" will lead you to many choices. I promise RAR files are very easy to handle, but if you have questions feel free to convo us and we'll clear up any confusion.

Additional policies and FAQs
IMPORTANT NOTE: Recently Etsy launched a built-in instant download system for sellers like us that sell digital files. We are slowly getting our shop up to par with this new system. Right now we are focused on getting our clipart on the new system and then will focus on paper packs. This might cause some confusion as some items you purchase you may be able to purchase instantly and other items still have to be manually uploaded and delivered in 24 hours which is our main policy. Be sure to check the title and summary of each listing.
