I contacted the seller/artist and she was quick to respond. I quickly received a full replacement of my order. My conversations with the seller/artist were addressed immediately. I worked with the seller/artist in addressing the shipping damage because the items were made with talent and exactly what I wanted, I felt this was all I could do to support artists, who are generous in sharing their talents. We received these beautiful pieces and were thrilled with them! The packaging was so great, the wood was good quality, and the design was clean and modern. The trees have made such a nice addition to our holiday decor, and we couldn’t recommend enough!
