Looks like what I ordeted

I have been waitingon this productfor over a month and I have still not receivedthe product.

Took forever to ship, but was nice quality.

Item never arrived. Ordered three weeks ago. Haven’t heard a word from the seller. Unacceptable.

This vendor never shipped the item. Ordered on Mar 2, and as of March 21, haven’t received any confirmation of the order being produced or shipped. I’ll request a refund from Etsy for this lazy shop owner.

I couldn't get the decal off of the clear plastic cover without destroying it. It was a complete loss.

Love the color and it’s so cute.

The tumble I ordered has a rattling sound as if something is in it. Reached out to seller several times with NO help!

My item quality rating is something that I feel bad for because I never received the item. But they make you fill each one in. I order this on December 5th, and I was supposed to have it between the 18th and 23rd. I didn’t receive it. I contacted them after Christmas to still not hear from the seller. I sent a second message, and I got a response from the seller saying that they were traveling and that’s why he hadn’t responded. No biggie. Still didn’t correct the item. Never heard back after trying to have the item sent. I was then contact by Etsy to begin a help ticket. They just refunded the item, and I have not heard from the seller again after his one response about traveling. The picture is beautiful, and I would have loved to actually receive this for my Pop. It’s unfortunate that he could not reconcile the issue.

They had amazing communication during the busy holiday season! Got me my cup before I needed it and I could not be happier!
