5 out of 5 starsI custom ordered this ring from a drawing I did on a notepad and thy absolutely nailed the mockup and then the piece itself. I’m thrilled with my engagement ring and so happy with the wok they did. They all had AMAZING customer service as we went through the process, allowed me to pay in chunks, and the shipping was so quick and easy. I changed my mind partway through about the band and they adjusted the design with virtually no pricing change and zero complaints (though the probably would’ve been earned one at the stage I was requesting a change!). 10/10 will buy from them again and am so glad I chose them.

For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality issues, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. All items must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. The following orders are allowed to return or exchange with restocking fees:

I will draw a sketch or CAD pic to show the design according to your idea, but you need to put the deposit $50 before.
Also, I could change the stones as you wish: Natural Diamond, Ruby, Emerald, Teal Sapphire, Moss Agate, Amethyst, Citrine, Garnet, Peridot, etc. I am happy to quote you the price.

We offer a limited lifetime warranty. If there is any quality problem with the ring, I am willing to help! Please feel free to contact me!
After 12 months, I will charge a small fee for repairs and replacements.

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please leave a note for your phone number when you place the order. Then when the package arrived in your country, the express company will contact you for the custom duty tax.

Yes, I accept cancellation. You can cancel your order without any liability within 48 hours after placing it.

If the size is not super suitable for you, please feel free to contact me and I could resize the ring for you, I will ask for a reasonable price.
Please noted: the full eternity band could not be resized easily sometime we charge 50$ to resize for that. Normal bands free of cost but you have to pay shipping fees
