T-Squad WanderCraft Studio began with one simple thing: our love for creating and our love for adventure. As a traveling family living life on the road, we’ve always believed that memories are the most precious things we can collect. From raising our kids on new trails to capturing everyday magic in our RV, we found ourselves wanting to create keepsakes that celebrated those moments.
What started as a hobby during our travels — making engraved gifts, designing digital art, and crafting personalized pieces — slowly became something bigger. Friends and family started asking for custom items… then more people… and before we knew it, our little family adventure turned into a full creative studio.

Returns, Exchanges, or Caancellations
1. Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
For digital items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations since the files are available instantly.
For physical handmade/engraved items, please contact us within 24–48 hours if there is an issue with your order. We want you to be happy and will always try our best to make it right.
2. I purchased a digital item. How do I download my files?
Your files are available instantly after purchase.
Go to: Your Account → Purchases & Reviews → Download Files.
If you’re having trouble downloading or opening your files, message us anytime and we’ll help.
3. Do you ship any physical products?
Yes — we sell both digital downloads and handmade/engraved physical items.
Each listing will clearly state whether the product is digital or physical.
4. Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life.
If you need:
- a custom engraving
- a different size/file format
- personalized text
- a completely unique design

5. Can I use your digital files for commercial purposes?
All digital items include personal use only, unless the listing specifically offers a commercial license.
You may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files.
If you need a commercial license, please message us.
6. What if I need a different file type or size?
No problem! We can provide additional sizes or file formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, etc.) on request. Just message us and we’ll adjust the file for free when possible.
7. My file looks blurry when printing. What can I do?
This usually happens if the image is resized too large or printed at low quality settings.
Message us with your preferred print size and we’ll send you a high-resolution version if needed.
8. What if my item arrives damaged (for physical products)?
Please send us:
a photo of the damaged item
the packaging
your order number
We will replace or fix it as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.
9. Can I request a rush order?
For physical items, rush options may be available depending on our travel schedule. Send us a message and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Digital orders can usually be delivered same day if needed.
