This Privacy Policy describes how and when Heftic collects, uses and shares information when you buy from this shop, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com. INFORMATION I COLLECT
To complete your order, Etsy gives me certain information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the details of what you bought. Everything I sell is a digital download, so I don't need a postal address. If you message me, I also receive whatever you choose to write.

WHY I NEED IT AND HOW I USE IT
I use your information only:
- to fulfil your order, answer your questions and resolve any problems or disputes;
- to meet legal obligations, such as keeping sales records for tax;
- for my legitimate interests in running and improving the shop, and complying with Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
I never send marketing messages unless you have clearly asked to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.

SHARING
I share your information only with Etsy, as needed to provide my services, and where the law requires it. I don't sell your information.

DATA RETENTION
I keep your information only as long as needed to provide my services and meet my legal and tax obligations, generally up to 6 years for sales records.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you live in the UK, the EU or certain other places, you may have the right to access, correct, restrict or delete your personal information, to object to how it is used, and to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
