Do you do custom designs or sizes?
Yes! Please feel free to message and inquire. Having the desired size (in inches) as well as a sample graphic can help immensely. Please allow some time for me to respond as I receive a lot of requests.
Where is my order / where is my tracking number?
Please allow up to 2-12 days from shipment notification for USPS delivery and 30 days or more for international deliveries, depending on the region. I highly encourage you to select the "paid tracking" upgrade option during checkout for a tracking number if you would like a faster delivery! Otherwise, I ship all orders individually sealed using stamped rigid flat-pack mailers. I only mark orders as "shipped" when they are in transit! If you do not receive your order, please reach out to me and I'll get back to you promptly.
What can I do to make sure my decal lasts?
Clean the surface area well before applying - do not rush this step! A well-applied decal will last for many years to come.
Can I wash them or put them on high contact surfaces?
Yes! The stickers are weatherproof and are suitable for indoor or outdoor application.
