🌳 REFINEMENT: Our balsamic does not contain thickening additives. It favors the sweet and sour balance essential for a balsamic for daily use. The color is not ink black, in fact our vinegar does not contain chemical dyes, this is to favor naturalness and taste. The "Duetto" version is a canvas-covered box containing a bottle of "Affinato" and one of "Extra Vecchio" from La Secchia Antica Acetaia.
🔆 PRODUCTION: Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. obtained from the very long aging (20 and 35 years) of cooked must of Lambrusco Grasparossa, Trebbiano Montanaro and Trebbiano di Spagna grapes.
⌛ AGING: Aged in small cherry, oak, chestnut, mulberry and acacia barrels, it has a maximum acidity of 6% and presents notable persistence and complexity.
🧪 NO CHEMICALS: obtained WITHOUT Caramel, Colorants, Gum Arabic, Artificial Flavoring Substances, Added Sulphites.
