Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:
-Custom or personalised orders
-Earrings due to hygiene reasons
All items returned must be in new/unused condition with all original documents and packaging. Prior to sending the package back, contact us for information how to ship the item back.
Once we have received and accepted your return, we will issue a refund of the cost of the item(s) excluding the standard shipping fee for sending your order.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
AmicaJewels cannot assume any responsibility for any item not returned in the manner described. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

All the orders will be shipped to the SHIPPING ADDRESS supplied through your Etsy order.
Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. AmicaJewels is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address if the buyer supplied it.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.
Please allow 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri- excluding holidays) for your order to ship. Remember that the order will ship only when the payment has cleared.
✨ Domestic shipping via Deutsche Post with tracking number
✨ We ship worldwide via German Mail (Deutsche Post, tracking number included) , a very reliable highly reputed carrier. Express shipping is unfortunately prohibitively costly, so we don't offer it, sorry! Shipments usually take around 10 days to U.S. destinations, 7 days within Europe and up to 2 weeks for any other international address.
Unfortunately, every once in a while, arbitrary customs inspections will delay the arrival of an order (and , incidentally, the progress of tracking). Also very regrettably, rarely loss or theft does happen on the way...So, if your order is taking much longer than usual, please contact us! In case of non-arrival, we will of course sort things out for you (i.e. resend the order, or refund it, if total loss can be established).
Note: Weather, Customs and other factors may delay the shipping up to 6 weeks.

Any delay at the destination countries are beyond our control.

Post office mistakes and failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. The post office system sometimes makes mistakes resulting in lost or stolen packages. I will do my best to help out each customer to find a solution. If your package has not arrived a month after it has shipped please contact me.
