I want to buy a bunch of your prints and cards and pins. Do you do discounts or bundle deals??

We frequently run sales and offer coupon codes. The best way to learn about our current discount offers is to sign up for our mailing list at www.karenhallion.com. Otherwise if an item is offered at a discount or bundled deal, it will be in our sale section or marked as such.

When will my order ship? Why is it saying 'pre-transit'? I never got my order- can you help?

To find out when your order will ship, click on 'purchases and reviews', then click on 'view receipt', then click 'view shipping details' where you can find this date above the map. Once you have a shipping notification email, your order has been transferred to the post office. Please sign up at the USPS site for text or email notifications on this package (when you click on the tracking number, directly underneath) Please send us a direct message; however, we are unable to assist on any orders more than 3 months old; USPS tracking information is only valid for 120 days at which time it is no longer stored. If you haven't received your order, you must contact us prior to 3 months post your order placement date.

Will you donate art to my charity?

We get a lot of these requests and while we do our best, we cannot accommodate all of them. Please email us at karenhallionart [!at] gmail.com with your request.
