Preparedness package: Emergency folder + Digital legacy + Pet emergency folder – all three can be filled out on the PC, 28% cheaper than individually

Three folders, one goal: If something happens to you, your family will know immediately what to do – for contracts and documents, for online accounts and for your animals.

✔ MY EMERGENCY FOLDER (28 pages): 20 chapters with color-coded index – personal data, emergency contacts, health, medications, advance care planning documents (official forms via QR code), accounts, insurance, contracts, housing, vehicles, pension, wishes, checklist for relatives, emergency cards
✔ MY DIGITAL LEGACY (15 pages): Email, Social Media, Banking & Crypto, Subscriptions, Cloud & Photos, Devices, Password Manager, Domains – all without passwords in plain text, with a checklist for surviving relatives
✔ MY PET EMERGENCY FOLDER (16 pages): Who cares for my animals? Animal profiles, care plan, veterinarian, emergency cards and door sign "Animals live here"
✔ ALL FILLABLE ON A PC: well over 1,500 input fields – click, type, save (e.g., with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview on a Mac). Or print and fill in by hand.

The three folders cost €34.70 individually – €24.89 as a package.

Format: 3 PDF files, 59 pages total, A4 portrait. Instant download after purchase.

Important: These folders are organizational aids and do not constitute legal, tax, medical, or veterinary advice. They intentionally do not include templates for powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, or wills. All texts and graphics are original design. For private use only.
