Our Shop Design Items: Returns for our design items are accepted within 90 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be processed.

Personalized and Custom-Made Products: We do not accept returns for personalized and custom-made items, including but not limited to stickers, decals, posters, and canvas prints. These products are made to order and are crafted according to your specific requirements and preferences. As such, they cannot be restocked or resold.

However, it's important to ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free of any dust, debris, or grease before applying the sticker. If the surface has recently been painted, we recommend waiting at least two weeks before applying the sticker to allow the paint to fully cure. For wallpapered surfaces, make sure the wallpaper securely adheres to the wall and free of any bubbles or peeling edges. In some cases, the adhesive on our wall stickers may cause damage or peel to delicate wallpaper or paint, so we recommend testing a small area first before applying the sticker to the entire surface. Need two people to put up and make sure the wall it’s going on is warm and not cold like I did as I had to heat it up and then srunk a bit .. in my garage but still looks awesome ☺️
