The low rating on the Shipping, is due to receiving two packages getting broken, due to shipping. One never made it to me, it was that badly damaged it had lost the documentation. The Second package got to me, all but 1(out of 3) were destroyed. Now customs played a part in this, as did the courier, how it was packed, is not how I would have done it. The one that was not damaged, works great and looks beautiful. The Seller was very helpful with all of this, and understood my decision to ask for a refund(for the 2 that were damaged, as the 3rd one was fine). I have brought off this Seller before, and I love what I got as I love the new one I have. And do recommend this Seller.

The lamp is unique, delicate, and very well crafted. I can certainly say "unique" because I spent weeks looking at lamps for my house online. I'm really looking forward to installing it soon; the light effect will be fantastic.
