SHIPPING COST AND REFUNDS
All items costs include shipping cost. In case of cancelation, exchange or return, Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
BREAK PROOF PACKAGING
My primary concern is that all items in the package arrive safely! I pack all items with lots of care and follow the recommendations of international shipping companies. I sometimes use recycled material, Please inform whether you'd like me to use new packaging material.
INSURANCE
If an item has arrived damaged please let me know immediately,
a replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. This is my way of ensuring your purchase. Please take some photos of the broken items and the parcel and send them to me.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Please inform me whether your purchase is a gift. I'd be happy to add your personal note and gift wrap it accordingly!
Custom and personalized orders
I accept custom orders and enjoy making them when I can.
Please let me know thru a conversation what would you like to order and I'll reply if this is possible. If you wish to have an items glazed with a different glaze that's available in my shop, I'll gladly do it. If you wish to glaze fully when it's not glazed, that's fine too. Just write to me! 😊
