Gift wrapping and packaging
For some items we offer gift packaging or gift messages at this time. However rest assured all orders ship tracked and you may specially reach out to your recipient when their gift is delivered. No invoice is included in all orders.
How do I send my photo?
Post-purchase, please send your pet image(s) to submit@shopmodpaws.com along with your Etsy order number. Your order number begins with a 4, example: 40139344342
Do you offer proofs?
A proof (preview) of your artwork will be sent to your email within a few days (we allow unlimited revisions or you may approve).
Please note in order to deliver your order in a timely manner, there is a 24 hour window to request revisions.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we offer a satisfaction guarantee and will work with you to reach a resolution,
Do you only do cats and dogs?
We welcome all pets! To date some of the special animals we've illustrated include horses, geckos, rabbits, parrots and hamsters!
Am I able to change my shipping address or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to change the shipping address once the item has dispatched.
How long to process an order?
For us to make, and send proof it will typically take 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If your order is returned to us for ANY reason, we can reship the item to you but you will be responsible for the re-shipment fee.
