Update: I received my camera strap (and I love it). Shop owners were apologetic, refunded my money, and sent product anyway. Reached out to this company 3 times asking for an update on my order. I got zero response. Calling to dispute the charges to get my money back this afternoon. I’m so deeply disappointed. I’ve never given a one star rating or disputed a charge I made.

My order got lost, but they contacted me for a full refund and replacement. I appreciate their customer service.

She went above and beyond to ensure I love my camera strap! The first one I ordered wasn’t love, and exchanging was not only hassle-free, but she included another strap for me to choose from and let me keep my fave and mail the other 2 back! All at no extra cost to me! Now I love my strap AND this shop!
