How long does it take to process orders?

We typically process orders within 3-5 business days. Processing time depends on design complexity and customization level. Complex designs may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready to ship.

What are the different shipping options once my order is ready to be shipped?

We offer FREE shipping to all US addresses. Delivery takes 3-7 business days after design completion.

Do you offer totally custom designs?

Absolutely! That's our specialty. We can customize sizes, colors, text, logos, and create completely new designs from scratch. Custom design services start at $35. For existing designs, simple modifications like color or text changes may be complimentary depending on complexity.

I like one of your designs, but I want to change the font or the colors; can you do that?

Of course! We make color and font changes at no additional cost for most products. Just contact us with your specific changes and we'll send you a preview for approval before printing.

The colors on the screen may look different than the actual printed items.

This is completely normal. Colors can vary between your monitor and the printed product due to display calibration differences. We use professional-grade ink that produces vibrant and accurate colors. If you're concerned about how your design will look, we recommend requesting a preview before final printing.

Hours of Operation

We operate Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM EST. We process orders and handle customization consultations during these hours. Messages received outside business hours will be answered the next business day.

Date Needed by Helps us Prioritize Your Order!

When you provide an event date, it helps us prioritize your order if you have an important event coming up. This allows us to ensure your order is processed and shipped in time for your special occasion.

Can I get this in time?

Yes! If you contact us with enough notice, we'll do our best to accommodate. We recommend placing orders at least 2 weeks before your event to allow time for design, production, and shipping.
