Wo finde ich meine digitalen Einkäufe in meinem Konto?

So greifen Sie über Ihr Konto auf Ihre digitalen Dateien zu:

Melden Sie sich bei Etsy.com an und gehen Sie zu Ihrem Konto.
Gehen Sie zu Käufe und Bewertungen.
Wählen Sie neben der Bestellung „Dateien herunterladen“ aus. Dadurch gelangen Sie zur Download-Seite für alle an Ihre Bestellung angehängten Dateien.
Sie können auch zur Angebotsseite des Artikels zurückkehren und dort die Bilder für den Artikel sofort herunterladen.

Generell gibt es keine Beschränkungen, wann und wie oft Sie eine Datei herunterladen können. In den meisten Fällen können Sie jederzeit auf Ihrer Einkaufsseite auf eine Datei zugreifen, sofern die Transaktion nicht storniert oder entfernt wurde.

Wenn Ihre Zahlung noch bearbeitet wird, ist die Schaltfläche „Dateien herunterladen“ grau. Having trouble finding your digital download? Here are the directions from the Etsy Help Center - hope this helps!

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account:

Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
Go to Purchases and reviews.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should Instant Download on the images for the item.

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
