Never received item, tracking number doesn’t exist. No response from seller.

Despite the fact that the outer package was not at all torn, wet, or damaged in any way, the inside of the packaging was soaked through the box was dripping wet and torn, inside the cup was wet and the straw was bent. when I reached out about this issue, I was told that it was not their fault, they did their best and it must have been USPS's fault. so after taking Days to asnswer - they are not issuing a refund or sending another, undamaged item. horrible customer service, disgusting product - DO NOT RECOMMEND

Item arrived soaking wet. box was destroyed that was inside of bag. Cup is scratched in several areas. And had a mildew smell to it im assuming cause it was sitting in water. Too late to send back or return for my daughter's birthday
