Do you support any charities with your shop's revenue?

Yes! A portion of my shop's proceeds goes to help local animals. The main donation recipient for 2021 is the Feline Rescue Association ( BaltimoreCats.org )

What do I do if my package was marked as "Delivered" but I didn't receive it?

If you have not received your order and it is marked on your order tracking as "Delivered", it may have been stolen. Any mail that is suspected to be stolen must be reported by the buyer to their local post office. Mail theft is a federal offense, and an official report should be filed with your post office and local police. Etsy sellers are not responsible for refunding stolen items once they are marked as delivered.
