2 out of 5 starsThe first base I received came broken in half. It was a fairly clean break and was definitely beat up from shipping. However, I believe the box used was too small and there wasn’t enough stuffing/padding to keep the pieces safely intact. I reached out for help, and was initially asked if gluing it was an option. Although using glue isn’t exactly a major deal, the price of the product felt too expensive to be spending extra money to put back together. They agreed on sending a replacement base out. This base came even worse. Broken in 2 places, with really obvious bad printing on the inside. Compared to the first one, it was filled with holes in the filament which made it super weak. Other pieces on the base were glued on haphazardly and it seemed like it was printed in a rush. Still happy but disappointed with the quality vs cost

Hello Isabela, I am truly sorry to hear about your experience with the order. It’s very unfortunate that even the replacement arrived broken. All 3D prints are hollow inside, as that's how 3D printing works, but they are designed to be sturdy. From the image you shared, I can see that the base didn’t break at a glued spot, which means the glue held perfectly. The figure must have endured a strong impact for it to break like this.
