How do I access my digital files after purchase?
Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from Etsy with a download link. You can also access your files anytime by going to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews and clicking “Download Files” next to your order.
Are your templates editable?
Yes! All of my templates are fully editable. Most are designed for use with Canva (a free online editor). You'll receive a PDF with a link to access and customize your template.
Do I need a Canva Pro account to use your templates?
No! All of my templates work perfectly with a free Canva account. Just click the link provided, and you’re good to go.
Can I customize the colors, fonts, or text?
Absolutely! Most elements—including text, fonts, colors, and even some graphics—can be customized to fit your event’s vibe.
Do you offer printing services?
Not at the moment—PolyPixels Designs provides digital files only. However, you can download your customized design and print it at home, a local print shop, or an online printing service.
Can I get a refund on digital items?
Due to the nature of digital products, I can’t offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. But if you run into any issues or need help, please reach out—I’m happy to assist!
