Seller emailed me promptly with the offer of a refund or a different colour, along with photos of my options. Great customer service. Package arrived promptly and it's a dream to knit with. Would highly recommend!

5 out of 5 starsExcellent quality wool. Very good customer service and advice when ran out of wool knitting a baby jumper and out of stock on line. Advised would keep a ball of the right shade when stock arrives so I can complete it. High quality product and lovely to knit with.
