Frequently asked questions
Manufacturing
We need between 2 to 3 work days to produce the item. This can be a bit longer during holiday periods, though we always aim to send it quicker. Please remember we only prepare and dispatch items on weekdays from Monday to Friday, weekends are not included. Bear in mind: there are two stages - production and shipping, and each one takes its own time.
Packaging
After carefully producing your order, we pack it with perfect and detailed care so that it is not damaged.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel within 6 hours of your order. Unfortunately, after 6 hours, we cannot accept your cancellation request, as production will have started for your order.
If My Order Arrives Damaged?
We kindly request that you take pictures or even record a video while you unpack your delivered parcels, covering each aspect from the box, to the packaging and filling. If there's an unfortunate event such as receiving a damaged parcel, an incorrect product, or a missing item, the visual evidence will greatly aid in resolving the issue. In the case where there are no issues, feel free to savor the unboxing experience
Order Delayed
If your order is late, remember we don't have any CONTROL on the delivery services. But if there is a delay, we will refund the delivery charge you've paid.
Custom Fees
For our EU customers: Please note, VAT and possibly customs duties may need to be paid by the customer when the package arrives, as required by your postal service.
UK clients: Etsy won't charge VAT if the imported items into the UK have a value of £135 or above.
German customers: Etsy doesn't charge taxes on orders shipped to Germany. You may have to pay VAT or import taxes when you get your package.
Australian clients: Etsy won't add GST if the total value of the package imported into Australia exceeds $1,000 AUD.
Customers from Canada: Etsy won't charge GST/HST on orders sent to Canada from overseas. You may need to pay the GST/HST when your package arrives.
