I can't find my PDF download, where can I locate it?

All patterns can be accessed and downloaded via your browser, not the app. The PDF download is available through your purchases tab and can be downloaded there via your browser.

I purchased the pattern and it is in a different language. How do I access the pattern I need?

Most of my patterns are translated into several languages. Each listing details which language the pattern is available in. Once purchased, you can download any of these options.

Can you e-mail my pattern?

I do not send patterns via e-mail. Please let me know if you cannot locate your download via your browser.
