Delivery Policy
We expect to process and ship your order within 1-3 work days. We will let you know if it is going to take more than a couple of days to post items.
We will notify you when your order is shipped and send you the tracking number.
Larger orders may be sent by post or a private shipping courier, dependant on destination, size and weight. Multiple items ordered may be combined into a single package or split up.
The Post of Slovenia's expected postal tranzit times from despatch:
EU: 3-6 work days
UK: 5 work days (+ 7-14 work days for customs clearance)
Rest of Europe: 8-12 work days
US: 14-21 work days
Rest of World: 5-21 work days
The tranzit times may differ for select countries. The tranzit time estimate does not include delays due to customs processing.
Please note that delivery times may be extended by public holidays and during busy periods.
International deliveries are not notifiable as lost until 21 working days (25 outside Europe) after the expected delivery date.
International customers are responsible for ensuring the goods are acceptable in their country and for payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees. In case of import fees the customer will be contacted directly by their customs authority with instructions on how to cover the costs and arrange for final delivery.
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing the order.

Right to cancel:
The customer may cancel for any reason from order until the end of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery to customer. Please inform us of cancellation in writing. You must send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired, by post, email or via Etsy Conversations. We would prefer you to use Etsy Conversations for all Etsy orders so that records of communications are available to Etsy's administration. You are advised to retain proof of sending cancellation.
For cancellations we will refund the order value (including shipping of the item to customer), within 14 days of cancellation where goods have not yet been despatched, within 14 days of us receiving returned goods, or 14 days of giving us evidence of sending back. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. The customer is chargeable, up to original order value, for goods that are not received back or are returned damaged.
If goods are cancelled after despatch to customer please refuse delivery and the delivery service will return to sender.
Cancelled goods that have been delivered to the customer must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation. Please return goods in a resaleable condition ie. original packaging, clean, undamaged.
Returns of cancelled items are to be arranged by the customer and are at customer cost. Returns are at customer risk and customers are recommended to ensure adequate packing and insurance for loss or damage in transit. A service with proof of posting and proof of delivery should be used.
For international returns from outside of the EU please mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS". You will need to attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form including our VAT number "SI17538220" and include a copy of our invoice crossed through with "RETURNED GOODS".
We cannot refund import duties or taxes paid by you for receipt of the goods into your country, you will need to do that yourself. Please keep copies of all paperwork and proof of posting of returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes.
Damaged Goods:
While we try to pack each package as attentively as we can, shipping damage may still happen.
Our packages are insured for shipping damage. In case of shipping damage please contact us asap with photos and descriptions of the damage, along with photos of the package and packaging materials. We will require you to file an official damage claim with the shipping carrier in question so that the insurance can get processed.
Damaged Goods may be replaced, repaired, fully or partially refunded. The legal requirements are quite complex, but we're proud of our products and prefer a happy customer, so we will do what we can to rectify problems in a reasonable manner.
Please contact us before making any damaged goods returns. Buyers in the EU have the right to withdraw (cancel or return) an order within 14 days of delivery.
We may decline a sale if we find the risk of damage to the item when shipping to your location too high.
Loss of package in tranzit:
If the package is not delivered within the expected timeframe, and there has been no change in tracking information for 21 work days, we will file an official search claim with our shipping carrier. The shipping carrier then has 2 months to either find the package or declare the package as lost and refund the insured item value. We will keep you informed of any new information. In case the item is not found we will refund you the item and shipping costs upon receiving the offical claim resolution from the carrier.
Stolen packages:
We are not liable for packages that have been stolen after being delivered to the address specified in your order or agreed to in conversation prior to shipping. You, the customer, are responsible for making sure the chosen location is safe for delivery.
If the package was sent via The post of Slovenia it will be delivered by the national shipping carrier of your country or the importing intermediary (e.g . Parcel force for the UK). If the tracking shows as delivered, but you think there has been a mistake, you can file a »lost item« claim with your shipping carrier. We cannot file one for you, as the recipient's post only accepts claims from the recipient themselves, not the sender. We can file a claim with our post as well.

Personal Information: Etsy.com retains some customer and order information. We keep our own records of customers, addresses and sales as required for Slovenian tax and accounting purposes. We do not supply this information to other parties other than as necessary to our accountant and the tax authority.
We operate from Slovenia with all sales subject to EU law, with disputes subject to resolution in Slovenian and EU courts. The language used will be Slovenian and/or English. Basis of all values is the Euro (€).
These policies do not affect the customer's legal rights.
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.
Etsy listing pages are an "invitation to treat", not an "offer" by Vintage for tomorrow. Customer Order and Payment is an "offer" and the Contract will not be formed until Order Acceptance by Vintage for tomorrow or dispatch of the goods (whichever is sooner). We reserve the right to decline an order.
Purchase of goods is subject to availability.
