Each garment listing will show:

1. Size for different countries,
2. Measurements (cm and inches)
3. Model's or mannequin's size as reference.

Sizes are always given after the garment has been measured. Some garments are easier than others to fit easily, so please, remember than checking measurements is always the best way to ensure your pruchase.

Some of the garments in my shop are brand new and keep the labels of the shop or store so they might be a great gift for a vintage lover. I offer you the option to choose your order with gift wrap.

* You can contact me privately to show you some models of wrapping and decide which one you prefer, and thus prepare it.

* If you choose this option, you will receive a package protecting your wrapped gift. It will be wrapped with care and love and will include a card so that you write a note to whoever you want to give it.

* You can activate this option on each listing if you are interested. I will receive a notification to prepare it carefully.

* This option will have an additional cost to the purchase of 4 Euros (4.5 Dollars, 3.5 Pounds).

MaletaVintageClothes admits payment through PAYPAL OR BANK TRANSFER, for this you must inform me of this preference by private message through Etsy or the mail of the store: a lamaletavintagepoppins@gmail.com. This will give you the account number for the deposit. In the payment, the buyer must indicate the order number that will be assigned to him.

After payment, the buyer must send the bank receipt of said transfer to the previous email, and after receiving the payment, the pledge will be sent.

Other payment methods offered by Etsy are also accepted.

On MaletaVintageClothes we make a selection of garments and each of them is carefully inspected. In addition, all each of them is properly washed and processed for possible use after receiving the shipping.
In each advertisement the state of the garment is detailed: if it is in perfect condition, if it has brand and size labels, if it has a brand new label or if it has any damage.
In case of wear or damage, the garment has come this far because we believe it can still offer a good experience.

Sizes have changed over the years. The measures are exposed and to what size it is equivalent.

When you order, you are paying a reduced price for a Express Shipping without need to upgrade. This shipping takes 2-5 working days after I ship it.

* STANDARD SHIPPING: Based on the shippings along the pandemic, a Standard shipping to US may vary from 15 days to 2 months. If despite this, you want to save on the shipping and order a Standard shipping, please let me know and I'll do so and will provide the shipping price depending on the weight.

MaletaVintageClothes will assume the transportation expenses generated by a return of an order when:
1) The return is due to a mistake in the data sent by me.
2) The return is due to an error of the garment sent by me.

If the return is buyer's decision, costs will be borne by the customer. Please, carefully review the measures and ask all the questions so as not to generate refunds.
The garments must be returned under the same conditions of shipment, maintaining the original labeling and packaging, and without any sign of use, if not, we will not authorize the return.

TO CANADA: the average shipping time has been taking between 3 weeks and 2 months.
