• Simply attach the image(s) in the message thread.

TIPS:
• Please use the same email associated with your Etsy account and include your order number in the subject line, allowing us to link the images to your order.


• You can submit images either before or after placing your order.

• Hand / Footprint: We exclusively accept ink prints in any color. Utilize an inkless print kit to capture intricate details accurately.

• Paw / Nose Print: We accept a close-up photo of the actual Paw / Nose, Clay Print, or Ink Print. For optimal results, provide a high-quality, well-focused image in suitable lighting conditions.

• NECKLACES
Our necklaces are measured in inches, including the charm and chain. They come with a 2" extension for adjustment. Simply clip it onto any ring within that 2-inch extender.

• BRACELETS
For a comfy fit, go for a size that's about 1/2 inch to 1 inch larger than your wrist size. Our chain bracelets also come with a 2” extension for adjustment.

• RINGS
Our rings are made to match standard US sizing. If you want the perfect fit, it's best to get your fingers sized. You can pop into a local jeweler for that or measure with a physical ring sizer. Reach out and we'll send you a printable ring sizer for free.

• Our items are crafted with high-quality 925 solid sterling silver. They are then covered with a thick layer of 18K gold over a solid 925 sterling silver base. Our silver jewelry is nickel-free, making it suitable for even the most sensitive skin types.

• To ensure your jewelry remains in the best condition, we recommend removing it before exposure to water (such as showering, swimming, or washing hands). When not in use, store your jewelry in an airtight container for added protection.

• We accept returns for pre-made, ready-to-ship jewelry with the option of store credit or exchange only. Returned items must be in mint condition, in their original packaging, and sent back within 7 days from the delivery date.

• While we generally do not accept returns for custom, made-to-order jewelry, we are more than willing to assist with any situation. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns. Refunds are only provided in cases where the fault lies with us. Rest assured, all of our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted using high-quality materials, ensuring long-lasting durability.

• Typically, it takes us around 5 to 7 workdays to create your custom piece. We begin crafting it as soon as we receive your print and other necessary information. If you're ordering for a special occasion, please make sure to place your order in advance.

• Each piece we make undergoes an internal quality check to ensure it meets our standards before we send it out. Occasionally, we may need to remake a few (approximately 1 or 2%) to ensure they're top-notch, which might add a little extra time to the process.
