All items are handmade to order and we strive to make them to the highest quality. On any rare occasion where there is a mistake in your order, due to our error, or your item has arrived damage we will replace as soon as possible. |Refunds are not possible on personalised items.

We recommend all items are hand wash only to ensure longevity of your items.

All candles will come supplied in either cellophane wrap tied with ribbon or an organza bag. This is random and depends on current stock. We will do our best to accommodate any requests but please do not be disappointed if different is sent.

Please note, we can only send to your address registered and stated at checkout. This is to cover ourselves and you, it is also automated by our software so please ensure this is updated BEFORe ordering as cannot be changed after. We cannot send to any other address.
