If you are a swimmer, I do carry pieces that are all stone and/or waxed coconut. If you prefer a design that contains a few mixed metal beads, please send a note within order. I can omit those beads, make sure it's only created using only solid materials. Our coconut is waxed, which is only slightly absorbent.
If a necklace containing regular wood or nut gets wet, it would just need to be left to dry while closed in a circle. It's fine if you leave it on or off, but just don't try to twist it while wet. If you do, you could kink the durable stainless steel wire.

Why is there extra space on my wire? To allow for flexbility, comfort, natural expansion. You'll always see additional space when there is natural wood.

All our beaded necklaces are created on professional beading wire. It's comprised of many woven strands of stainless steel and is a durable option to withstand daily wear and tear. The ends are secured well, and are a very durable option.
Stainless steel wire is not a safety release and can create a choking hazard.
Neck wear can catch on cribs and be fatal.
It is not created for young children.

All our customization is done by hand on an anvil. They are rustic and imperfect. Every letter will have imperfect spacing and varying depth, due to the way a giant hammer strikes the anvil. Your piece will have texture, and depth, and loads of character. If you're looking for a machine-produced perfect alignment, this is not it.

While we have had feedback of people who do, I never recommend wearing jewelry 'around the clock.' People tend to toss a lot during the night, and during sports and extemely active lifestyles, jewelry eventually hooks on something or gets destroyed. If you want to prolong the life cycle of any jewelry, it's best to remove it before sleep, sports and swimming. If you choose to put it on a child, never leave them wear it out of your sight. Safety first.
If you are buying a vegan leather and hemp bracelet, please remove before swim and showers. They are not designed to hold their color against chlorine, chemicals, etc and it will shorten their lifespan.

Hold on securely to both ends of a leather bracelet, and gently ease it apart.
Place it on your wrist, in the regular wear position.
Palm side up, close your palm, to hold the longest string with those fingers.
Gently use other hand to pull the short string, until it closes as tightly as you prefer.
Many of those leather/hemp combos range from approx. 6.5 to 8.5 inches, fitting both women as well as men, and most but not all wearers. Small kids or extra tiny wrists would need to send a special request to see if we can accommodate, or order a different style which can be created smaller to a specific size.

A dress shirt will give you your collar size, or you can measure with a string laid loosely around the neck. Keep in mind a 4 to 8mm necklace has a slightly smaller inside diameter and will fit a bit more snug than a string would.
Each necklace description field gives sizing recommendations, by age and size. Average medium male with a 16 inch collar would wear approximately an 18 inch choker or a longer necklace such as 20 inches if you prefer it fall over/on top of a tshirt neckline.
It's merely preference where you prefer it to lay. Traditionally many ordered them more snug at choker length; lately we're seeing the longer requests, much more like sports stars and entertainers wear.

If the post office marks a package delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds will not be available unless a police report for stolen mail is filed. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
However, sometimes an item is also marked as delivered when it is still in route.
Do check with anyone who may have picked up the package & brought it in. Check with neighbors, Next, check with your local post office IN PERSON to check with them and to also get the GPS reading from the delivery scan. In the case of stolen packages, you file a stolen package report with the post office.

I do not create for young children. Great caution must always be used if you let children to wear jewelry. You must never allow children to wear any pieces during sleep or unsupervised times. A necklace can catch on a crib and be fatal. Also, small parts will be considered choking hazards in children under age five. Do not allow your child to place any part of jewelry in their mouth.
A twisted cross WILL detach from it's metal pin.
