Pack the product(s) in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels, and handle the package to the carrier on the date we will notify you. You do not bear any costs of returning the product, unless the product is faulty due to inadequate protection of the return shipment.
c. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it's in its original condition. We will process your refund or exchange as follows:
Refund: If the returned product meets our return criteria, we will process a full refund, including the initial shipping cost, to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product.
Exchange: If you prefer an exchange for a different product colour, please indicate your preference when notifying us of the return. We will ship the new product to you.
