All of my designs can be adjusted to a size to suit you perfectly. If you require alternative lengths or sizing please just drop me a message.

In order to keep your lovely jewelry in perfect condition, we always advise keeping items out of contact with any chemicals, strong perfumes or water.

Please note, I cannot be responsible for the condition of any items which have not been kept in line with these care instructions.

I will shipping the new jewelry to you . I do everything I can to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition, I understand that accidents happen and I will do my best to resolve any issues for you!

Please simply drop me an ETSY message on the day of receiving your goods, including a couple of photos of the items you have received, and I will aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Please note, if an item has been worn or has become broken or damaged after use, it may be necessary for me to receive the item back in order for repairs to be made. In these circumstances the buyer must pay for the return postage costs.
