As hula hoops are custom made to order they are non returnable.

All standard orders are sent untracked, however if you would like tracking there is an upgrade available in the checkout.

All hula hoops are sent via tracked courier with Hermes.

I would advise that orders over £20 or orders shipped outside of the UK are purchased with tracked shipping

On the rare occasion that you are overcharged for postage and packaging I will notify you via Etsy Messages and refund the over charge to you. Sometimes when multiple items are purchased the combined shipping doesn't work out, so feel free to contact me if the costs seems higher before your purchase.

If in the unfortunate event that your item has arrive damaged, please message me as soon as you receive it and please attach photos of the damaged item along with the packaging. I will then be able to help sort the situation as soon as possible.

If you do not contact me about the item arriving damaged within 7 days of receiving the item I will not be able to reimbursement the damages.

25mm mdpe tubing is great for complete beginners to hula hooping, for example you cannot waist hoop or struggle to and still need to learn some of the basics of body hooping. They are also great for people who want to use hula hooping for fitness as they are heavy and the tubing is thick.

For finding the hoop diameter as a beginner a good trick is to measure from the floor to your belly button.

20mm mdpe tubing is great for people who can already hoop on body and are wanting to start learning more tricks with your hula hoop or if you are finding your beginners hoop too heavy and bulky.

For finding the right size for your intermediate hoop, I recommend going for a size or two smaller than your beginner hoop.

I would not recommend fully collapsing and reconnecting any hoops that are 3/4” thickness below 34” or for 5/8” thickness below 32” and this can stress the hoop and cause breaking. For these size hoops I recommend only partially collapsing.
