Terms of Service
1. Scope
For all orders via our shop on Etsy, the following terms and conditions apply.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Peter Angerer.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially put our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the proofing tools provided and explained by Etsy in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the contract is English.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can see the contract text in our customer login.
We save the contract text on our systems, but they are not accessible to you.
However, your Etsy account gives you the ability to view your recent orders. The full text of the contract is not accessible there.
4. Payment
In our shop you can basically use the following payment methods:
PayPal
In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
Immediately by Klarna
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To be able to pay the invoice amount immediately, you must have an online banking account with PIN / TAN procedure activated to participate in Sofort, grant yourself a legitimacy and confirm the payment order to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be immediately executed immediately and your account debited.
Purchase on account and financing via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the invoice and the installment purchase as a payment option.
Please note that Klarna Rechnung and Klarna installment purchase are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna.
Klarna installment purchase
With the Klarna financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least € 6.95). Klarna bill

Credit card
By submitting the order, you also transmit your credit card information to us at the same time.
Once you become a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will automatically be processed by your credit card company and your card will be charged.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty rights apply.
For used goods: if the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, the claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year from delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from the delivery of the goods.
The above limitations and shortened terms do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents in case of injury to life, body or health,
in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as malice,
in case of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the compliance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
as part of a guarantee promise, as far as agreed or
as far as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.

6. Liability
We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
in case of injury to life, body or health,
in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
with guarantee promise, as far as agreed, or
as far as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract and (contractual) obligations by ordinary negligence of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability shall be limited to the amount foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded Damage limited, which typically has to be expected. Incidentally, claims for damages are excluded.

8. Dispute resolution
We are ready to participate in an out-of-court conciliation procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Cancellation
Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (123Reis Peter Angerer, Bahnhofplatz 1, 84453 Mühldorf, Germany, info@123reis.de, phone: +49-8631-1863905) by means of a clear statement (eg, a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not required.
In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse to repay you until we have the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
