Please contact us within 7 days from reception of your package. Refunds are in the form of Store Credit (a Voucher valid for purchases in our shop).

**Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable or exchangeable.**

**All buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.**

All items must be returned unworn with no signs of being used, in their original condition and packaging otherwise no refund is issued.
In the event an order is returned to the sender for various reasons, upon the reception of the returned parcel all shipping, storage and return costs will be deducted from the refund.
For returns from outside the EU, packages must be marked as "REGALO" - any customs fees could be deducted from refund.

All jewelry is carefully packed in our signature UNIQA boxes.
To reduce waste, we often put an order with multiple pieces in one or two gift boxes. If you would like your order to be boxed separately or if only part of your order is intended as a gift, please leave a note at checkout and we’ll be happy to box separately.
We offer gift-wrapping option with a silk ribbon and a blank greeting card. If you would also like to include a small message, please leave a note during checkout.

For parcels that are shipped with tracking number, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.
For parcels that are shipped with NO tracking (Standard shipping is not trackable), we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.

All parcels shipped with express courier that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.
We will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was "Returned To Sender" for the following reasons:
1. The address provided by you was not correct or with missing data.
2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
3. The parcel is refused.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order and provide a contact phone number so the courier could manage the delivery.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or issues with postal services.
