If your item ever needs the be repaired for any reason, or just needs a spruce-up, you can send it back to us any time. There's no small print and no catch - we strive to make heirloom-quality products that will last forever, so if anything needs a little help along the way we are happy to do that.

We love creating new items, so please drop us a line if you would like something you don't see here.

You are welcome to return or exchange an item if you change your mind, or for any reason - we're a friendly bunch and we want you to be happy! Just drop us a line first.
If there's anything wrong with the item we will be of course pay for the return postage.

Argentium Silver is a superior version of Sterling Silver, with a higher silver content and added Germanium. Germanium is a precious metal that makes the Argentium extra hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant. Many people who are allergic to Sterling Silver can wear Agrentium with no problems :)

It is brighter and shinier than Sterling, which makes for lovely gleaming jewellery and tools!
And it really needs polishing far less often. We love it, and I'm sure you will too :)

Gold Filled jewellery has a thick layer of 14k Gold over a Brass core.
It is very different to Gold plated metals, where the gold layer can be less than a micron thick! Gold Filled jewellery behaves just like solid gold - it is hypoallergenic, it won't peel or wear off, and with a little care it can last for life. It is a great budget-friendly alternative to solid Gold.

✿ Currently most of our international parcels are arriving in 1-2 weeks, but if there are holdups in customs it can take longer.

✿ If your parcel is delayed please contact your local post office, they may be able to locate it and move things along, and they can check for any customs clearance issues.

✿ In the rare case that a parcel gets lost we will replace it, after the following time periods:

Portugal: 2 weeks
Europe: 4 weeks
Everywhere else: 6 weeks
