Returns are free simple with Royal Mail if you're in the UK. To return the package you can either:

1) Arrange a Royal Mail collection to your home, and they will bring the label - no need to print anything!
2) Print the label and drop the package at your nearest Royal Mail Postbox, or take it to a Post Office.
3) Take your package and QR code to a Royal Mail Delivery Office where they can print the label and post the package.

UK - We will reimburse the total amount of your order but discount only £2 for the original order shipping cost.

Free UK Standard shipping. Orders are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard service, and you can expect your package to arrive in 2 to 3 working days. Please note that this service is not fully tracked, and it will only confirm that the package has been dispatched and delivered.
There is an option to upgrade to Tracked 24hs or 48hs delivery at the checkout.

- Waiting a few extra working days in case the courier is just delayed.
- Checking your letterbox as it's a small package that can fit in there. Also, checking with family/neighbors if they've received your package.
- Checking if there is any missing information or error with your address details.
- Checking if you have received a note about your package.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee we will be available to check your message about the order changes before we dispatch the package. Please add the subject 'URGENT - order cancellation' and we will try our best to reply to you before dispatching the order.

Items should be returned in their original packaging or similar. It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive in perfect condition or no refund will be issued if the items arrive damaged.
